Sloty Casino has closed. The Malta-licensed operator launched in 2017 under Genesis Global Limited — the same group that ran Casino Cruise and SpinIt — and Genesis Global collapsed in 2023 after the Malta Gaming Authority suspended its license over compliance breaches, with the UK Gambling Commission following suit. Independent casino-tracking sites documented Sloty’s closure as part of that same group-wide shutdown. This page is preserved as a historical reference; there is no working Sloty account to open, and nothing here should be read as an active recommendation to play there. If you had an outstanding balance with Sloty at the time of closure, insolvency administrators handling the Genesis Global wind-down are the correct channel to pursue a claim, not the old Sloty website itself.
Looking for a working alternative?
Sloty is closed, so we can’t send you there. Here’s a currently active, licensed casino we’ve verified is still paying out.
While it operated, Sloty ran a genuinely large multi-studio lobby — over 1,300 games from Microgaming, NetEnt, Play’n GO, Quickspin and Lucky Streak, spanning video slots, live dealer tables and a run of progressive jackpots including Mega Moolah and Divine Fortune. It held Malta Gaming Authority licensing (via the Genesis Global umbrella) and supported a wide banking spread of e-wallets and cards. None of that changes the fact that the operator behind it no longer holds a valid license and the site is gone; we’re documenting what Sloty was, not recommending it as something you can sign up for today.
What Sloty Offered (Historical Reference)
- 1,300+ games from Microgaming, NetEnt, Play’n GO, Quickspin and Lucky Streak
- Progressive jackpots including Mega Moolah, Divine Fortune and Hall of Gods
- Licensed by the Malta Gaming Authority under the Genesis Global umbrella
- Live dealer tables from Evolution-style studios alongside a large table-games menu
- Sister brand of Casino Cruise and SpinIt, both also closed in the same 2023 Genesis Global shutdown
Sloty is preserved here purely as a historical reference for anyone researching what happened to the brand. If you’re looking to play real-money slots today, see the alternative above or browse our other casino reviews for currently active, licensed operators. The 2023 Genesis Global collapse also took down Casino Cruise and SpinIt in the same regulatory action — if you’re researching any of those three brands, the underlying story is the same one.
It’s worth putting the closure in context: Genesis Global Limited had grown into a group of several online casino brands, of which Sloty was one of the larger and better-known, built specifically around a young, mobile-first player base rather than the older RTG-style casinos that dominate the US-facing offshore market. Its 1,300-plus game count and multi-studio software roster were genuinely competitive for a brand launched in 2017, and it built a loyal following in its first few years of operation. The Malta Gaming Authority’s 2023 enforcement action against Genesis Global, followed by the UK Gambling Commission’s own suspension, ended that run abruptly for players who had active balances at the time — a reminder that even licensed, established-looking operators can shut down with little warning when a parent company’s compliance record catches up with it.
